Nina Conseil is an independent consultant with particular focus on data driven marketing and helping companies to create and transform their data and marketing strategies to drive better customer engagement and loyalty and therefore retention and customer lifetime value Nina has over 15 years of international experience managing product and marketing teams for global brands such as Manulife Financial, GE Capital, Banco Santander and Affinion Group where she managed brand propositions for key players in the FI and Telco verticals including Vodafone, O2, RBS, Barclays and American Express amongst others. Nina also serves as Head of Chapter ' Singapore for SheLovesData. Having read European Economics and English and Spanish at Kingston University and the Academy for Languages in Munich she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish. Kicking off her career as a translator and interpreter in Munich Nina jumped at the opportunity to move into affinity marketing for Financial Services which led to her first international stint in Toronto, Canada where she managed customer acquisition marketing strategies for MBNA, Citi and Capital One. Leveraging her experience agency side she eventually transitioned client side to take on in-house marketing responsibilities for Manulife Financials FI partners Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal. Upon her return to Europe Nina joined GE Capital followed by Banco Santander leading customer acquisition and engagement strategies for the issuers' UK High Street Retail Partners. As head of Open Network Prepaid at Blackhawk, she was the key architect of enabling Amex Prepaid Cards to be sold in Tesco, Boots and Argos. In her role of Senior Product and Marketing Director at Affinion Group, a global leader in customer engagement solutions, Nina lead the French, German and lastly the UK Product and Marketing teams. With her teams she focused on digital customer engagement strategies for their key FI and Telco clients through the creation of strong data driven digital consumer propositions and helping Affinion's clients to keep up with the evolving market and consumer trends for the UK's leading High Street Banks. Passionate about excellent Customer Experience she lead Affinion's UK team in the implementation of the newest marketing automation tools to effectively engage with her client's end consumers through personalised and targeted communication. Combining her multi-disciplinary experience Nina has the unique ability to think "outside of the box", define the key levers to drive results, and then mobilize an organization.
