Louise J Tagliante
Louise is the founder and owner of Differentiate and its renowned mentoring programme, Protégé. Her entrepreneurial approach to business is founded on more than 30 years corporate experience in the financial services sector, having worked both globally and regionally in senior leadership roles. Prior to founding Differentiate in 2006, she designed and launched the Visa Business School across all countries in Asia Pacific, and headed the ABN AMRO Asia Pacific Training Academy – one of three in the world. She created Protégé – MentoringWomenInBusiness in 2011 to support young businesswomen to find their own voice and ensure they have a ‘seat at the table’.
In addition to being a leadership coach and facilitator with organisations such as INSEAD, Harvard Business School and Core Leadership Institute, she was the first coach to become an accredited Coaching Supervisor in the Asia Pacific region. Louise is the proud recipient of the ‘Dr Marshall Goldsmith Achievement in Coaching Award’, Top 100 Coaches 2018. She served as 1st Vice President on the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE) Board from 2016-18, and was on the Executive Committee of the Financial Women’s Association Singapore (FWAS) from 2011-16 where she created its Advancing Women in Finance (AWF) mentoring programme, winner of the AWARE New Initiative Award 2013. In 2009 she received the inaugural The International Alliance of Women (TIAW) World of Difference 100 Award, which honours women who have made an impact on the economic empowerment of women.
Louise hails from Australia and has lived and worked in Asia since 1993. She also supports her husband as company director of his game fishing business in Maldives.
