Prior, Liz managed financing for Internet freedom projects at the Open Technology Fund. She has over 22 years of experience in the tech industry working as a Project Manager, Program Manager and Analyst on numerous open source projects in both private companies and public organizations. She holds an M.S. in Management & Technology and B.S. in Digital Media.
