Konstantin currently serves as Global Director for Talent Management & Development with DB Schenker, the global logistics and supply chain division of German rail operator, Deutsche Bahn AG. He has spent the past two decades at the crossroads of business transformation and human capital management and is a passionate believer in the power of inclusion to drive business outcomes and enhance talent experiences. Konstantin has worked and consulted across Industries, Governments and Supranational Organizations, focusing on change management & human capital strategies, including Diversity & Inclusion. He is proud to have supported the United Nations International Labour Organisation (ILO) on a variety of recruitment-related initiatives, including ILO's 'Women at Work Centenary Initiative'. Konstantin has been living and working in Asia since 2003. He holds a Master's degree in International Management and is currently also pursuing his doctoral studies in Business Management.
