As a Senior Director at Globe Telecom, Noel heads the Systems for Personalised and Awesome Customer Experience (SPACE) division of the Enterprise Data Office where he is responsible for the Customer360 and marketing platforms. He is also the creator of the in-house Streaming Decision Marketing Platform that sends 30 million invites per month. Prior to Globe, Noel worked at Metrobank as Assistant VP heading the Digital Delivery and Service Quality Divisions, where he oversaw DevOps transformation, mobile app & microservices delivery and testing transformation & quality assurance. Before that, Noel spent 12 years at Accenture working with large multi-national clients across different verticals and varied technologies.
