Bingzhuo Yan is an experienced Senior AI Engineer and Solution Architect with a background in data mining and big data technologies. Based in Singapore, he has demonstrated proficiency in using R, Python, SAS, PySpark, SparkR, and databases such as MySQL, PLSQL, Hive SQL, and openCypher. He is well-versed in various open-source big data components/tools like Transwarp, Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, and HBase. In his current role at Transwarp Technology, Bingzhuo is responsible for AI solution consulting, proof-of-concept (POC), and implementation across multiple industries. He has actively participated in significant projects, including the successful launch of Big Data Cloud + AI Application Platform in the MENA region and the deployment of AI models for safety monitoring at construction sites. Prior to his current position, Bingzhuo worked as a Data Mining Engineer and AI Engineer at Transwarp Technology (Shanghai). During this period, he played a key role in developing and deploying multiple AI solutions, such as the Future Contract Volume and Hold prediction model for Commodity Exchange, and the Anti-money-laundering AI model and Fraud Account opening detection model for commercial International Bank, and other AI applications for marketing and business OPEX reduction. Bingzhuo's educational background includes a master’s degree in business Analytics from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with an actuarial specialization from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
