As a director of Solution Engineering at DocuSign, he is leading the Solution Engineering team in Asia and transforming the way customers prepare, sign, act, and manage contracts and agreements. He is a digital transformation advisor, helping customers on strategy, solution, roadmap and successful adoption and change management. Having spent over 20 years in Information Technology working with enterprise customers and partners across Asia going through digital transformation in financial services, insurances, retails and telecommunications, he has helped in creating frictionless journeys on a variety of solutions such as CRM, digital marketing, sales automation, and customer service.
