Ana Maria Echeverri

Data Science Growth Strategies Lead, IBM
Ana Maria currently works at IBM focused on growth strategies for IBM's Data Science business.  Her career spans multiple leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Channels, and Analytics in the Technology industry (Informix, Microsoft, Citrix and IBM). She has worked as Digital marketing and Analytics VP and later on Co-CEO for a Digital Gaming Startup. And she has founded two businesses ( An educational toys ecommerce business based on the theory of multiple intelligences with significant focus on smart toys for girls, and a data science consulting business with focus on leveraging social media data to inform business strategy). She is a lifelong learner, avid reader, and an entrepreneur at heart,  holds a Computer Engineering degree, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Analytics, and she is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management at Harvard Online School.
