Aaron has an insatiable passion for building things. For the last decade, Aaron has been on his most significant build yet as the Founder of Lexer, where, as CTO, he develops the teams’ culture, technology, and its products used by iconic global brands. His colourful career has seen him build products and services in some of the most innovation-hungry industries such as Online Publishing, Customer Service, Omni-Channel Marketing, and Retail. And, although a developer at heart, Aarons real drive comes from building and mentoring teams of Artisans and Master-Builders to achieve greatness, while working businesses such has Hyro, Junkee (formally The Sound Alliance), M&C Saatchi, and of course, Lexer.
