Currently, there has been a significant organizational top-down drive to adopt data driven modus operandi and identify novel opportunities to improve customer engagement and create revenue from data. Consequently, cognitive banking using artificial intelligence and advance analytics has been embraced to drive consumer banking group (CBG) business.
