Lindsay is an analytics lead for incentives domain in Delivery Hero APAC Pte Ltd (a parent company of foodpanda). She plays a key role in the impact measurability on incentives product features on the platform through statistically rigorous experimentation in over 20 countries across APAC, EU, and Turkey. With rich terabytes of customer behavioural data, she drives data-focused strategy and direction for product improvements. Her expertise spans around digital, marketing, and customer analytics within the consumer technology industry. Lindsay is also passionate in educating and advocating data analytics, as shown with her accreditation in Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP). She has impacted over 800 learners to date through her data analytics bootcamps with Vertical Institute Academy and online lessons with She Loves Data. Outside of her professional work, she also takes a few data-passionate mentees under her wing. To summarise, Lindsay embodies data-driven execution, promotes data education, and people empowerment who are passionate in data.
